Is there a minimum quantity for placing a corporate order?
Yes. Our Corporate Gifting team can assist you with orders of 10 units or more. Please not that this minimum may vary depending on the personalization options. For example, a custom packaging or sleeve with have the following minimum :
- Packaging: 50 units
- Sleeve: 25 units
What are my shipping options, and what are the cost?
We can ship your complete order to one location or accommodate drop shipping to each of your recipients, completely free of charge! Different value added taxes or duties may apply depending on the country of shipment.
Rest assured, all these details will be discussed with our internal team.
Do you offer corporate orders internationally?
As long as you live on the same planet as us, we ship to your country and offer free standard shipping!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept almost all payment options, including American Express, MasterCard, and Paypal. We also accept bank transfers.
What are your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased as a corporate gift. However, our team will ensure that you are 100% safe and satisfied with your chosen product prior to the shipment, and all watches are guaranteed with the same 3-year limited warranty, above industry standards.
Do you offer samples?
If you're interested in seeing the product in person, we recommend online placing an order. We have a 30-day trial on all our products so that you can exchange or return any item for a full refund.
For personalized corporate orders, please get in touch with our Director of Partnership and Affiliates, and we will provide you with mockups! We currently do not provide physical samples.
